1. Each signer must bring one of the following:

   • US Driver's License

   • US or Foreign Passport

   • State ID

   • US Military ID

   • Canadian or Mexican Driver's License

   • Permanent Resident Card

2. A document that is complete and ready to be notarized. I am not legally able to assist filling out forms.

I accept all forms of payment at the appointment. I have a card reader for all debit & credit cards. I also accept cash, Zelle, or Venmo.

Most documents require an Acknowledgment or a Jurat. As a notary, I am prohibited by law from giving advice or making an opinion about your documents and the contents in them. To be certain on your decision, it is best to get contact agency receiving your documents, or speaking to your attorney.

An Acknowledgment is performed to identify the signer and witness the signing of a document. It assures that the correct signer is willfully signing the document and is aware of its contents.

A Jurat is performed when a signer is swearing or affirming that the content of the document is true.

I am bilingual in English and Spanish. If you can speak either of those languages, I am legally allowed to notarize your document. CA law requires that we are able to speak directly in the same language.

• Copia Certificada (Documentos): $15

• Copia del Diario: $0.30/entrada de diario

• Juramentos y Afirmaciones: $15

• Deposiciones: $30 (más $7 para el juramento y $7 para el certificado)

I am able to notarize a document in any any language as long as the document is complete and there are no blank spaces in the document. The notary certificate will be the California state certificate in English.
